- We welcome outside and cultural cuisine at our venue to help make your event truly personal and special.
- Cuisine flexibility: Ethnic and specialty are cuisines welcome. Vendors must be approved by Rose Wade Events, Inc., be licensed, insured, have a health permit and be able to coordinate logistics with the venue.
- What we require: Our in-house team handles all event set up, staffing, table service and clean up, with our premium package.
- Bar service: All alcohol service is exclusively provided by our in-house bar. No outside alcohol is permitted per our liquor license. All events are required to meet a minimum bar purchase.
- Kitchen access: Caterers will have access to a prep area only (not a full commercial kitchen). Food prep on-site is limited.
- Insurance: All outside caterers must provide a Certificate of Liability insurance naming Rose Wade Events, Inc., as additionally named insured.
- Timeline coordination: Caterers must follow our event schedule and coordinate with our event planner to ensure smooth service, in order to retain control over the guest experience at our venue.
- Clean-up: Caterers are responsible for removing all of their equipment, food, trash and waste water after the event.

At The Vintage Rose we understand that food is more than a meal – it’s tradition, family and the heart of your celebration . That’s why we proudly welcome outside ethnic and cultural caterers, while still delivering the elevated, full service experience our venue is known for.
What we provide:
- Venue rental with five amazing spaces. Chapel, speakeasy cocktail room, reception area, two amazing suites.
- Six hour party time, with two additional hours for set up and one hour for clean up.
- Tables and chairs, linens, runners, choice of color napkins, chargers, china, choice glassware, silverware, table numbers, candle votives, coffee, hot tea, tropical iced tea, lemon infused water, cake cutting, Photo Booth, fresh flower centerpieces, full service event staff (no outside servers needed), event management, timeline & oversight. Our on-site coordinator ensures everything runs smoothly, including working directly with your caterer. Venue set up & tear down, you relax, we handle every detail. Full-Service Bar: All alcohol is managed and served by our licensed, professional staff. Bar packages are per person and additional.
